Beautiful views from the terrace watching hot air balloons, but the air conditioning didn't evenly cool our room.

the staff were lovely, but I had to ask for water everyday, and honestly, I expected it to be there without asking, really. Also, the air conditioning was weak in the double bed area, which is inexcusable. I almost gave a good review, but not a chance after no complimentary anything for my troubles.

The panoramic terrace provided stunning views of hot air balloons, making every sunrise magical.
The air conditioning didn't evenly cool the room, which made the warmer areas less comfortable at times.

Charming accommodations with unique cave-style rooms and lovely views of hot air balloons. The outdoor terraces were perfect for watching the sunrise, paired with a delicious breakfast featuring Swiss cheese and fresh fruits. While the staff was accommodating and helped with tour bookings, the lack of air conditioning made the room feel uncomfortably warm at times. Additionally, the limited air circulation due to the small window was not ideal.

The Superior Double Stone Room was amazing. Comfy king size bed with hypoallergenic pillows. The bathroom was spacious, and it had a nice shower. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, and the outdoor terrace had stunning views of balloons. The staff was super helpful with organizing tours. Definitely a great experience.

We had a fantastic time enjoying our spacious cave room beautifully decorated with local art, and the breakfast was a real treat with homemade pastries. The outdoor terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun while watching hot air balloons drift by, and we even spent some time relaxing by the lovely seasonal pool. One small thing I noticed was that the lighting in the room could use a cozier touch, but overall, it was an amazing experience. 😊
